2. Successful Boating Safety Classes
The US Coast Guard Auxiliary Local Flotilla 83 successfully completed their initial
2007 round of Boating Safety Classes with their class on March 24th.
Johnny Garrett kicks off the USCGA Safe Boating Class on March 24th.

The classes were taught by Johnny Garrett, Larry Moore, Dave Grubar and
Jim Shugart of Flotilla 83, from our local US Coast Guard Auxiliary.

The classes were very successful with a total of 131 attending the three classes
(Feb 17th 55 attendees, March 3rd 18 attendees, March 24th 58 attendees.)
