Boat Parade Winners
Though the weather held out, it was threatening and the parade route was cut short. But we had a fun parade and some great winners in the fourth annual Friends of Claytor Lake Boat Parade in honor of Independence Day:   |

And a special thanks to our Parade Judges: Mr. & Mrs. David Shupe from El Ranchero, Joannie and Max Cecil from Giles County, Pulaski County Administrator Pete Huber and Dublin Town Manager Bill Parker with wife Martha.

Meeting Day Change
Don't forget we've moved our meeting time! Though we've had quite a successful run meeting on the second Tuesday of each month, this meeting time conflicts with a lot of other community meetings in Pulaski County and the New River Valley. To eliminate as many conflicts as possible and encourage attendance, we have moved the meeting day to the second Thursday of each month. And don't forget: our meetings are open to the public and everyone is invited...so we hope to see you on Thursday, August 14th at the Dublin Town Center in the Council Chambers @ 6pm. Dinner is served.
