FOCL Annual Meeting
Claytor Lake State Park
6:00pm – 8:00pm
Due to an overwhelming attendance by Claytor Lake property owners at tonight’s FOCL Public Meeting. FOCL has agreed to post the proposed plan for a RV Park in the back of Dublin Hollow. Attached is the original proposal to be presented to the Pulaski County Planning Commission for a special use permit for rezoning of the property. FOCL will appreciate anyone willing to share their opinion on this project.
Pulaski County’s planning commission meeting is slated for Tuesday, March 13th at 7:00pm. If you would like to submit any comments to the planning commission you can email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Pulaski County Planning Commission met last night to vote on the Special Use Permit submitted for the proposed RV park in Dublin Hollow. The vote was 6-1 in favor of denying the permit to the property owner for use of the proposed RV park. The recommendation will still go before the Board of Supervisors for consideration. You can find their meeting schedule on our Events page or by going to https://www.boarddocs.com/va/copva/Board.nsf/Public
The property owner who proposed the RV park has withdrawn his request for a Special Use Permit from Pulaski County. The property is still able to be developed as residential in the future.
